STELLAR AFRICAGOLD HIRES B.E.G.I.E SARL FOR IMPACT AND SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT STUDY IN GUINEA

Montreal, September 27, 2016 – Maurice Giroux, President and Chief Executive Officer of Stellar AfricaGold Inc. (TSX-V: SPX) (“Stellar” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that in the preparation for the processing of the 15,000 tons bulk sample as announced on July 7th 2016, the Company has hired B.E.G.I.E SARL, (Bureau D’Études Guineen De Ingenierie et de Environment SARL) to conduct a Social and Environmental Impact Study, which is a pre-requisite for Stellar Guinean subsidiary to be granted a Semi-Industrial exploitation Licence that is necessary to run the 15,000 tons bulk sample announced earlier. The Guinea Environment and Mining Code requires the realization of an environmental and social impact study for all mining projects to estimate the work effects on the ecological balance and on the quality of life of the neighboring populations as well as, if necessary, propose some measures to mitigate negative effects.
