GREGORY P. ISENOR, P.GEO

Mr. Isenor is a professional geologist and businessman. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (geology, 1970) from Acadia University and membership in the Association of Professional Geologists, Nova Scotia. Mr. Isenor is a geological consultant to Stellar and a Qualified Person as defined in National Instrument 43-101. 

Previously Mr. Isenor was President and Director of Jilbey Gold Exploration Ltd. until its takeover by High River Gold Mines Ltd. in August 2005. During his tenure at Jilbey Mr. Isenor was instrumental in the discovery and development of the Bissa Hill deposit in Burkina Faso which became the Bissa Hill Mine, a principal  asset of NordGold NV. From 2005 to 2017 Mr. Isenor was President and CEO of Merrex Gold Inc. which in joint venture with IAMGOLD Corporation discovered the Diakha gold deposit in Mali. In February 2017 Merrex was sold to IAMGOLD Corporation in a $43 million acquisition.
