Stellar signed a definitive agreement with Altus Strategies PLC (TSX-V:ALTS) to acquire 100% interest the Prikro Exploration Licence and the pending Zenoula Exploration Licence both totalling 770 km² in Côte d’Ivoire (news release is available here).

Stellar optioned up to a 100% interest in Birimian Geology Exploration SARL to acquire two well-located gold exploration permits (pending), the Bocanda Exploration Licence (97 km²) and the Djekanou Exploration Licence (374 km²) in Côte d’Ivoire (news release is available here).
